Anti-SHP-2 (K536) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the lysine 536 epitope within SHP-2, the non-receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase encoded by the PTPN11 gene. Lysine 536 sits in the C-terminal regulatory tail of the phosphatase and has been reported in published post-translational modification studies as a target for ubiquitination, giving researchers a way to monitor modification-state-specific pools of SHP-2 in RAS/MAPK signalling work and related downstream pathways.
