Anti-SHP-2 (Ab-580) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SHP-2 (Ab-580). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It detects the endogenous level of total SHP-2 protein.

The antibody was produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide–KLH conjugate spanning amino acids 578–582 (R-V-Y-E-N) of human SHP-2, then purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺ (pH 7.4), containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
