Anti-SHP-1 (phospho-Y536) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SHP-1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 536. The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human SHP-1 around the Tyr536 phosphorylation site and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. It specifically recognises endogenous levels of SHP-1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr536.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 68 kDa.
