Anti-SHP-1 (K530) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–550 of Human SHP-1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of SHP-1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 68 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at an approximate pH of 7.2.
