Anti-SHMT2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180786)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SHMT2 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation. Unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is KO validated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with affinity purification used in its preparation. The target protein has a molecular weight of 56 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, ICC/IF, and IP. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 265–504 of human SHMT2 (NP_005403.2). The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
