Anti-SHMT2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalog, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and targets serine hydroxymethyltransferase 2 (SHMT2), a mitochondrial enzyme involved in one-carbon metabolism. The polyclonal antibody is supplied at 50 µl and formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol for storage stability. It is unconjugated and detects the endogenous level of total SHMT2 protein, having been generated against recombinant human SHMT2 immunogen.
