Anti-SHH Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Sonic Hedgehog (SHH), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent for research use. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–300 of human Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) (NP_000184.1) and is affinity purified in liquid form.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) at 1:500–1:1,000, immunohistochemistry (IHC) at 1:50–1:100, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) at 1:50–1:200. The target molecular weight is 19 kDa. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
