Anti-Shc (L421) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against the Shc protein is available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 390-440 of Human Shc and is intended to detect endogenous levels of Shc protein. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein migrates at approximately 46, 52, and 66 kDa.

The product has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
