Anti-SH3TC1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and directed against SH3TC1. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity to human samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human SH3TC1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total SH3TC1 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. One scientific validation image is included.
