Anti-SH3KBP1 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is validated for western blot detection of SH3KBP1 in human and mouse samples. Supplied as a 200 µl liquid vial, it can be paired with an HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody for chemiluminescent or fluorescent western blot workflows.

SH3KBP1, also called CIN85, is an SH3-domain adaptor involved in clathrin-mediated endocytosis, receptor tyrosine kinase downregulation, actin remodeling, and immune-receptor signaling. The antibody supports studies of receptor trafficking, T-cell activation, neuronal synapse biology, and cancer-cell migration using cell or tissue lysates.

Antibodies.com recommends refrigerating the antibody, aliquoting it to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and protecting it from light. Sample preparation, antibody dilution, incubation conditions, and secondary-reagent selection should be optimized for each western blot application.
