Anti-SH3GL2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SH3GL2, supplied as a liquid. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human SH3GL2 (NP_003017.1). Reported molecular weights for the target protein are 38 kDa and 40 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
