Anti-SH3GL1 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SH3GL1, the Src-Homology 3 domain-containing GRB2-like protein 1 also called Endophilin A2. SH3GL1 acts as a lipid-binding and curvature-sensing adapter that recruits dynamin and synaptojanin to clathrin-coated pits during endocytic vesicle scission, making this reagent relevant for research on membrane trafficking, receptor internalization, and synaptic vesicle recycling.

This unconjugated reagent is supplied in a vial as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum fraction, validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining on human samples. It supports studies of endophilin-dependent endocytosis in cultured cells and tissue sections, and probing of SH3GL1 expression changes in neurodegeneration and cancer research.
