Anti-SH3BP2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SH3BP2 and is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 392-561 of human SH3BP2 (NP_001116153.1). The target is detected at molecular weights of 75 kDa / 80 kDa, and the recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.
