Anti-SH2D4A Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against SH2D4A and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with specificity for endogenous levels of the SH2D4A protein.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human SH2D4A. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. Purification is by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The antibody recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa.
