Anti-SH2D1A Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185810)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SH2D1A/SAP. Supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and ICC/IF applications on human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-128 of human SH2D1A (NP_002342.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of 17 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
