Anti-SH2D1A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SH2D1A (also known as SAP, DSHP or SLAM-associated protein) and is affinity-purified from antiserum using the recombinant human SH2D1A immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it should be stored at -20 °C. Validated applications cover Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), where it detects the endogenous total SH2D1A protein in samples from human and mouse origin.
