Anti-SH2B1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent raised against SH2B1 (also referred to as SH2B1/PSM). The antibody is produced in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 360–520 of human SH2B1 (NP_056318.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF.
