Description
An affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SGTA, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibody range. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of the SGTA protein in Human samples and is of the IgG isotype.
It was raised against recombinant full-length Human SGTA and is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity of greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 34kDa. Validated applications include WB, IHC and IF.
