Anti-SGOL1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against SGOL1, also referred to as Shugoshin, SGO1, Shugoshin 1, Shugoshin-like 1 and serologically defined breast cancer antigen NY-BR-85. It is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, with reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 10–100 of human SGOL1 (NP_612493.1) and affinity-purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. The target has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
