Anti-SGK1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SGK1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 260–431 of human SGK1 (NP_005618.2), and the antibody is obtained by affinity purification. SGK1 is detected at a molecular weight of 45–60 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, shipped at 4 °C and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Three scientific validation images accompany the product.
