Anti-SGCE Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human SGCE (epsilon-sarcoglycan) immunogen and specifically detects the endogenous total SGCE protein. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with demonstrated reactivity against human and mouse samples. Each lot is shipped at 4 °C on blue ice and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
