Anti-SGCD Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against delta Sarcoglycan (SGCD), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 61–290 of human Delta-sarcoglycan (SGCD) (NP_000328.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
