Anti-SGCB Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets beta Sarcoglycan (SGCB). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and validated for Western blot, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been affinity purified and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 94–318 of human SGCB (NP_000223.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
