Anti-SFTPC Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196677)

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Prosurfactant Protein C (SFTPC), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 59-197 of human SFTPC (NP_003009.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 21 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity purification.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
