Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SFRP4 and is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is of the IgG isotype.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody has been validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human SFRP4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SFRP4 protein, for which a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa is given.
