Anti-SFN Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the SFN (stratifin / 14-3-3σ / YWHAS) protein and detects the endogenous level of total SFN by immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. The immunogen is a recombinant human SFN protein, and the antibody was affinity-purified on the immunogen to maximize specificity. It is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/ml, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant; for best stability, store the vial at –20 °C and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
