Anti-SFN Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against 14-3-3 sigma (SFN). The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with the additional application of immunofluorescence (IF) listed.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human 14-3-3 sigma (NP_006133.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
