The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against SF3B3 (Splicing Factor 3b Subunit 3), a 130 kDa nuclear protein that forms part of the SF3b subcomplex associated with the U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein. SF3B3 contributes to branch point sequence recognition during pre-mRNA splicing and is enriched in nuclear speckles in human cells. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 200 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for Western blot analysis. The reagent recognizes the human target and is intended for research use only.
