Anti-SF3B3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG primary antibody targets SF3B3 (Splicing Factor 3b Subunit 3), a ~135 kDa component of the U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein complex (U2 snRNP) that anchors the spliceosome to the branch point during pre-mRNA splicing.
