Anti-SF3B2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the splicing factor SF3B2 (also known as SAP145, SF3b145, or the 145 kDa subunit of splicing factor 3b). It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is shipped unconjugated at 4 °C for short-term stability; for longer storage the antibody should be aliquoted and held at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The immunogen is a recombinant human SF3B2 protein, and the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse, and rat samples, where it recognises the endogenous total SF3B2 protein. As a non-conjugated polyclonal, it is well suited as a primary layer in multi-step detection workflows such as HRP- or fluorescent-secondary immunoblots and confocal imaging, and is intended for research use only.
