Anti-SF3B2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SF3B2, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with one scientific validation image available. It was raised against recombinant full length Human SF3B2 and is reported by the manufacturer to detect endogenous levels of SF3B2 protein.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 100 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
