Anti-SF3B2 Antibody

A primary antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SF3B2. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 616-895 of human SF3B2 (NP_006833.2). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 140 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific.

For shipping and storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
