Anti-SF3B1 (phospho T313) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to residues surrounding threonine 313 of human SF3B1. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The unconjugated IgG antibody recognises the phospho Thr313 modification of SF3B1 and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. It cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 155 kDa. The immunogen sequence is AETPR.
