Anti-SF3A3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against SF3A3, supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is provided in liquid form.

The reagent has been validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 292–501 of human SF3A3 (NP_006793.1), and the target is reported at a molecular weight of 59 kDa.

Affinity purification is used in the preparation, and the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The product ships at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
