Anti-SF1 Antibody

Produced in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal primary antibody recognizes human Splicing Factor 1 (SF1), a nuclear protein that engages the branch point sequence during early spliceosome assembly on pre-mRNA. The unconjugated reagent is provided as a 100 µl volume, suited to western blot detection of SF1 in whole-cell lysates and to immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Because SF1 contributes to RNA processing, researchers working on gene expression, alternative splicing regulation, and transcription-coupled RNA metabolism use this reagent to map SF1 distribution across tissues and to monitor expression changes in disease models.
