Anti-SETMAR Antibody

The antibody is reactive with human samples and was generated using recombinant full length human SETMAR as the immunogen, detecting endogenous levels of the SETMAR protein.

Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen and affinity-chromatography. The protein localises to nucleoli and is predicted to be intracellular, with low tissue specificity.
