Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SETDB1, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody of the IgG isotype is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against recombinant full length Human SETDB1 and detects endogenous levels of the SETDB1 protein.
Supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the antibody has a molecular weight of ~ 155 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product is supported with 1 scientific validation image.
