Anti-SETDB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SETDB1, also referred to as KMT1E/SETDB1. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–397 of human SETDB1 (NP_001230420.1) and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Following affinity purification, the antibody is reported to have a molecular weight of 180 kDa.

Validated for Western blot and listed for immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is KO validated. A recommended Western blot dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
