Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets SETD6 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human SETD6, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of SETD6 protein. Reported molecular weight is ~51kDa/53kDa, with an isotype of IgG. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
