Anti-SETD6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to SETD6, supplied by Antibodies.com for western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The target protein migrates at approximately 53 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 301-473 of human SETD6 (NP_001153777.1). Following affinity purification, the antibody is recommended for western blot at dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
