Anti-SETD2 Antibody

SETD2 is a histone H3 lysine 36 trimethyltransferase encoded by the SETD2 tumor suppressor gene, depositing H3K36me3 across actively transcribed gene bodies. Loss-of-function mutations in this chromatin regulator are recurrent across clear cell renal cell carcinoma, high-grade gliomas, and other solid tumors, and biallelic germline variants cause SETD2-related overgrowth, intellectual disability, and autosomal recessive renal tubulopathies.
