Anti-SETD2 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the SETD2 protein and is of the IgG isotype. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is recombinant full-length Human SETD2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the SETD2 protein. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 28 kDa.

It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
