Anti-SETD2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets SETD2, a histone H3 lysine 36 trimethyltransferase involved in transcriptional elongation and the cellular DNA damage response. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS, with 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotective stabilizer.

It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) workflows across human, mouse, and rat samples.
