Anti-SETBP1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SETBP1 and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-242 of human SETBP1 (NP_001123582.1). Affinity purification is used to isolate the antibody, which is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 175 kDa, and concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100.
