Description
This unconjugated, affinity-purified reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the SET protein. Provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, it is supplied as a Primary Antibody preparation validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
Generated using recombinant full-length human SET as the immunogen, the antibody detects endogenous levels of SET protein and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Purification by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen yields a preparation of greater than 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE, with observed molecular weights of approximately 33 and 37 kDa.
