Anti-SESN3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant fragment spanning residues 21–266 of human Sestrin-3, this polyclonal reagent provides a reliable research tool for detecting endogenous SESN3 in human samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com at 100 µl in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 10% glycerol, with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative, and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. It has been validated for Western blotting on HeLa whole-cell lysate (recommended dilution 1:1000 with 7.5% SDS-PAGE) and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on paraformaldehyde-fixed A549 cells at 1:200. The reagent reacts with the human SESN3 target (also known by the synonyms SEST3 and Sestrin-3) and is intended for research use only — not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. Vials are shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity and overall performance.
