Anti-SESN2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SESN2 (also known as Sestrin-2) and is supplied as a liquid preparation at a lot-specific concentration. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 211–480 of human SESN2 (NP_113647.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 57 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
