Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [S3]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal (S3) antibody is raised against Serum Amyloid A and is validated for use in ELISA. The unconjugated IgM antibody reacts with human samples and recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA. It does not cross-react with IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß or EGF.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody was highly purified recombinant human SAA. The product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the lyophilised product should be reconstituted with double distilled water.
