Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [607] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-40042)

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 607) targets Serum Amyloid A and is validated for ELISA and Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG2a antibody reacts with human samples and is supplied lyophilised, purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. The listed epitope is Sp2/0-Ag14.

The immunogen is highly purified recombinant human SAA, and the antibody recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA. Cross-reactivity testing shows it does not recognise IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß or EGF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reconstitution-dependent, and the lyophilised product is reconstituted with double distilled water.

This reagent is identical to the corresponding Novus anti-Serum Amyloid A antibody.
