Anti-Serum Amyloid A Antibody [607]

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 607) targeting Serum Amyloid A, conjugated to Biotin and validated for ELISA. Raised against highly purified recombinant human SAA, it recognises both natural and recombinant human SAA. Cross-reactivity testing indicates no recognition of IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, TGF-ß and EGF.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.0) containing 1% Gelatin and 0.1% Proclin-300, and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
